RDM - random deathmatch - killing someone without a valid RP reason.
So if a cop starts shooting at prisoners who escaped the jail cells, who are attacking the cop - thats a valid RP reason to kill the prisoner
But if a cop is shooting and killing prisoners who are in cells, who arent doing anything, then where is the valid RP reason? What reason does the cop have other than to just kill them?
The point is that its RDM as long as there isnt any RP reason behind it.
PS i dont know the specifics of what happened or what you are referring to but this is just something that popped into my mind reading through your post.
