I would assume it resets all your skills and returns all the SPs equivalent to how much they cost. If it doesn't work like that and it causes you to lose SPs then it'd be best to make a bug report, but you'll never know until you try.

[What does weed formula do and how do I use it?]

Grow formula allows your weed pot to become bigger, allowing you to plant more seeds. By default I think it's 2 seeds in a pot if you're not in a gang with the extra weed pot/grow formula upgrade unlocked and 3 if you are.

You put the grow formula into the pot and it allows you to plant 2 seeds and then you put another one in if you meet the requirements and it allows you to plant 3 seeds.
