Server rules issues

A lot of problems happened when some rules aren't clear and staff have different oppinions about some accidents everytime it happens, so here is the most common reports that happened and I hope we get answers :

1- Are swats allowed to use keypad crackers "when they have a warrant" to break doors the same way the hackphone does? As what happen is that u wait just before keypad cracker opens the door and u use you're battering ram to open it, then the keypad cracker breaks it.

2-Are you allowed to defend friends when getting shot or only gang members, and how about a friend who is basing with u but you both are away from the base, can u defend him too? 

3-Is the 2nd door in Pd always KOS, even without a sign or a law?

4-Can you kill the owners of the base while being outside their base and start the raid? Even if they wasn't holding a gun ?

Not sure about number 1, never faced that situation.

2- You are allowed to defend your gang members, people you are basing and/or raiding with. Nobody else.

3- I was told that 2nd door in PD can be AOS/KOS if there's a law specifying that you cant pass the 2nd door in PD.

4- You can't kill the owners of a base while they are outside unless you're sure it's their base (eg they just came out of it)

1) Pretty sure you're allowed to, not 100% sure.

2) You can defend gang members and you can defend friends/basing partners if you all have the same /job name.

3) It's only AOS/KOS if there's a law or textscreen stating so.

4) If you're raiding and they're close/on the property you may kill them, same applies to anyone else.

1. Why wouldn't it be a rule break, a swat raiding with illegal tools....? Swats have battering rams for raiding...

 I would consider it as fail rp, because a law enforcement raiding with illegal tools.

Regarding the 3rd one, you can directly AOS/KOS without a law or textscreen, as that is considered "police property" (mayor's office, jail cells), so the cops have the right to shoot or arrest.

Regarding the first question, I would like to make it clear that you are not allowed to "break" fading doors - AKA exploiting the fade trigger to keep doors open indefinitely.

People do this all the time tho, ever heard of the double hack trick? keeps the fading door open till it is reset

@Epix0 as @3Chainz said this method is same as the  double hack trick that everyone uses, and can be reset after the raid is over.
