Guide to make a report

So, you've come to the point where a guy has made a violation of the rules and it's just annoying, isn't it?!

So, I will guide you how to make a good report so we can get some insight into it and the report will be dealt with faster and better.

Let's get started: You've been killed, randomly, you're confused why and decides to make a report about it. In the report, we will like you to write in details what happened and a full explanation of the administration situation, evidence would be good to have.
