SickSter has been really active and has helped me quite a bit during the 7 days I've actually been on, He's very nice and calm and knows what to do, and he does a lot of things very quickly e.g: respond to reports quickly. In conclusion He is a very nice and cool person and he does his job very well

Don't like being that kind of guy but sickster refuses go OD when obviously more staff OD is needed unless you tell him 3 times and demote him of his current RP job

Make a staff complaint instead of whining on a recommendation post.

If you have problems with him as @Lucas mentioned it is best to make a staff complaint rather than ruin the optimism or positivity of this recommendation regardless of how you feel about him, recommendations are meant to recommend.
