• how do i do that?

Pretty sure @Toasthas a video about this. Just pm him on discord and ask for the video as it will be easier to learn if you actually look from his perspective than just being told what to do.

I think it boils down to ctrl + jump sending you flying then quickly switching to bhop swep and holding spacebar 
If you want to bind bhop swep to a specific button do  bind x "use bhop_swep"

I'm not sure what the bind for bhop is but yes you can bind it.
