ducc trial mod demotion

Dear CG forums and forum admins,

I recently bought trial mod including U-VIP and a few days later I resigned from t-mod and were demoted to only user with no perks,

just want to know if i am meant to have U-VIP after being demoted from t-mod as it was what i were buying along-side trial moderator.

if you still have ultimate vip in your inventory type !checkrank ingame

i have tried that already,

sadly it doesn't work but Trial mod shows in my inventory still.

If you purchased trial mod you only get trial mod once you resign you are set back to user unless you bought ult vip separately. It’s not an added perk when you resign.

As Berty said and I explained this to you in PMs before you resigned that you wouldn't get Ultimate VIP unless you bought it before buying T-Mod.

what theyre saying is that if you did buy it prior to becoming t-mod, then it should be retained, otherwise the perks of ultimate vip that you get as a staff are with you as long as you are staff. If you were ultimate vip or vip or any purchased rank before t-mod, then you should be able to retain it.
