Thanks Sean,

I try to do my situations professionally and thank you again for recognising this because I really appreciate this recommend  because I volunteer my time for CG and I like to hear feedback to see how people like the way I deal with things and generally If the server thinks I am a good admin+. I have to explain that part/update of the RDR because people do not know how to change it or not read it and thank you for being very friendly, kind and polite and you seem to have a positive attitude towards the server which is great!

I discussed this with Quiiz, and we felt the way you dealt with situations was not sufficient to be On Duty by yourself so Quiiz and me decided that I would have to monitor/mentor you again. If you have any more questions about this please PM me on the forums and I will happily answer your queries.

I would like to recommend Nomad. Today he mentored me when my mentor was busy, this was very kind of him as he didn't need to do this. Whilst mentoring me he clearly explained everything in great detail as well as providing me with some links as to which were very helpful (even though I didn't need it) they would be great help to new staff. So I'm recommending him because he's a friendly person, clearly dedicated to the server and if he was to be your mentor you should be honored.
