[Stuck on loading screen.]

Hello, i'm getting stuck on the loading screen.

The message = Downloading materials/4821.png.bz2
and it's been stuck for an good 15mins.

If you know how to fix this, or maybe have an idea how to fix this.
i would appreciate, if you could help...
