How to get rid of the ERROR textures in GMOD

Heya Folks!

 

Today we got a quite simple tutorial on how to get rid of the ERROR textures in gmod! So firstly, 

 

- Make sure you have installed garry's mod and atleast launched it 1 time.

 

- Then in steam, right click garrys mod, manage -> browse local files

- Minimalize it, as we will need it later!

 

- Now download winrar, 7zip or any archive program, if you dont have one. ( https://www.win-rar.com/predownload.html?&L=0 )

- Browse to https://gmodcontent.com and download everything (atleast thats what I did, most textures are from Counter-Strike Source, so you should be okay downloading only those)

- After you have downloaded it, open it with winrar. Open the local files from gmod (the one we went to in the beginning), and go to Garrysmod -> Addons

 

In there you should copy all the folders within the 7zip or .rar file. 

So it looks like this

 

Thats all! You should be now ready to launch an error free GMOD!
