I agree with @WarMachine_Homie and @Cowly. A day doesn't pass where I don't see you OD.

Besides being responsible, you are also funny. In Nomad's post about Staff Situations he says this:  "Have a laugh with the players. punishing a person is usually my last resort i attempt to make mends of things verbally. I do this by putting the situation in the others perspective humorously which tends to help both the reported and the reportee get a good understanding of what went on and why, this tends to keep the players happy and usually tend to forgive and forget, which is ideal.  "

I've seen you do this in your sits, which is good.
