A good Ban Appeal - Guide.

How to do good ban appeal on forums.
So many of you might have been banned, but you realise you've made mistake and want to be unbanned. In this guide I'm going to describe in bullets advanced how to fill the template, and what to be included in it. (Some of you might have this Guide for stupid, so please do not do "Professional" Comments.)

1. So first of all we begin with the template, you can find it here: http://cloud-gaming.co.uk/forum/index.php?/forms/4-ban-appeal-application/ . 
In what server?: You choose what server you are banned on.
 

Your ingame name?: You write your Roleplay name you are banned on. If you haven't changed the roleplay name, it should be your steam name.
 

Whats your SteamID?: I'm going to place a website where you can find your SteamID Easily. http://steamidfinder.com/ , In here you place your Steam URL in the search bar, after that click enter and see your SteamID. Copy it and go to: Why should you be unbanned I will describe more advanced in point 2. but until then, you should place the Reason why you should be unbanned, What the admins have did wrong (If they did any, you know mistakes happen') or what you have did wrong, you can get even second chance.
 

Screenshot of ban: Okay so to place screenshot, you need to try to log in the server, when you are currently banned there will be little window displaying: Who are you banned from, For how long and reason. Take a screenshot of this li'l window and place it in the section.

2. Content of : Why should you be un-banned. In this section you should describe, the reason why you think you should be unbanned, and if you think you've made mistake, appologise for it, and write ADVANCED text of what you did wrong. If you think  the mistake is made by an Admin, any proof will be Welcome.

3. Decision made if Un-ban is accepted or not: Okay even if you did really much content for the Ban Appeal, you still can get declined, don't be sad about that. So the decision takes up to 3 days (from my experience).
-If you are Declined: There will be reason why you are declined.
-If accepted: It will be something like: Accpeted/Locked (Please lock @....)

This was my guide for Ban Appeals, I hope it will be useful for some of you .

Ow I forgot, People who accept and Decline are From Admin+ To Owner (A+,SA,Nomad,Owner)
