@Brock Olly has recently been undermined for his work and commitment to the staff team, due to following his instinct and exercising his A+ abilities.
As one of the very few respectable staff members and as someone who's always carries out his staff duties to a high expectation, I personally believe, as do many others that he should be given back his rank as A+.

I do agree with what has been said regarding @Nomad, i remember when i was a regular player and was applying for moderator... Without Nomad i wouldn't be a moderator as he was the one that actually gave me +Support. Without Nomad i wouldn't be here and without Nomad then a lot of the staff wouldn't be working the way it is right now, i have a lot of respect for Nomad.

I would really like to congratulate nomad and thank him for the effort and time he has put down these recent weeks or even month or two.
alot of people see nomad as this unactive CM who can't do shit. but recently he has stepped up his game and gotten really active and has been doing a good job keeping the staff team in line with promotions and demotions.
you might not always find him on gmod but he is very active on forums and teamspeak.
we should have a #ThankYouNomad in the chat to show how much we appreaciate him as our CM. it's not a easy job and for him to give so much we must give him atleast a thanks.

This morning - through to this evening,, was a shitstorm, in the simplest way. It went from chaotic to calm, to chaotic in seconds. There were people who stood out from it, and coped well and dropped whatever it was they were doing to come and help for hours on end.
Firstly, @Rally - You came on this morning before me, to help the server. - Which was pretty early ngl. You out performed a lot of people today and you shined brilliantly and ended up working so hard until you had to leave, about 4/5 hours later.
Secondly, @Xappan - Came on about three times, from doing what he was doing to help out on the server. Clearly very dedicated and responsible fellow. You did well today. 
To the other admins who came on today, you did well to calm the pressure that was in the reports. Even people's occasional absence. Thank you all for helping us and proving that you deserve the rank you have today!
