Personally, I believe that he is doing an excellent job in making sure that the server is run well whenever he is on especially early in the morning when he is by himself trying to control the entire server and doing an extremely good job of it. I think that he deserves to be promoted due to what he offers to the server and how hard he works to keep the server under control.
