!checkrank does not work.. the server replies with: No active rank actions found.

So basically, I have been on vacation for about 4.5 weeks now. I know I lost my Mod rank, but for some reason I also lost my ultimate VIP rank. if someone could change my status back to ultimate VIP, that would be very helpful.
