I feel honored! I actually wanted to send you an PM so to ask if that is ok, so nobody can say: OMG! COPY PASTE!! I will to make more Governemental Guides (And Others) so i will make an main page about it!

In my last Guide, i talked about Squadrons and how to make them(Training etc...) I'm gonna talk now how to make an proper Reason for an wanted/warranted person. Here an small list to what i'm gonna talk about The CommandsArrestingWanted and WarrantWhat to do if someone breaks an law The Commands You can see the Commands normally in the F4 menu. But if you want to make an fast wanted/warrant(Which i'm gonna explain later) /wanted "Player Name" "Reason": Make someone wanted /warrant "Player Name" "Reason": Needs approval from the mayor. Make on someone an warrant /g : Talk in you're group chat (You can to press you're binded button to the Group Chat) /cr : Normally used by normal citizens. You can use this so: /cr Help, i'm getting "Sort of Crime" at the "Place" (by "Names" IF KNOWN) The Governement will see this in an red text in the chatbox. Arresting As i already told in my other guide, dont arrest player's without any proper reason. I'm gonna explain now what arresting does and what it means If you arrest someone, he will be put into the prison at the PD.Try always to arrest people, because arresting is better than killing the person (Because the player just loses his guns not more)You dont need to escort them to the PD, they will be Automaticly Teleported to the PD.If you arrest someone, it will be noticeable for every player, because it then appears in the screen of the player.​To arrest someone, take you're "Arrest Stick" (The Red Stick) and Left click on the player(Or you're other "Primary Fire" bind.) If you want to unarrest someone, you can choose the "Unarrest Stick" (The Green one) and Left click on the player(Or you're other Primary Fire bind.) You can ask an ransom (Money that you will be released) to the player's, and then unarrest them. Small hint: Always want small ransoms, because if you make them to high, the player will not pay. Try to ask them directly after the arrest for for example 700£ (IG-Money) If you choose the "Stun Stick" (The Blue Stick) you stun the person. For a short time, the screen of them will be white. If you left click them there will be no effect, except of the white screen. But if you Right click on the accused person, the person will lose 10 HP. Wanted and Warrant I will explain you the Wanted and Warrant command very precisely, so you know when you use which one. /wanted "Player Name" "Reason": The /wanted command is to make someone wanted. Then an red text will appear overthem that they're wanted and for which reason they are wanted This means you may kill the person (Bring him Dead OR alive). You may not storm his base if not needed. If you want to search his base use the /warrant command /warrant "Player Name" "Reason": The /warrant command is to put on someone an warrant. Then an red text will appear overthem that they have an warrant and for which reason they have an warrant. This means you shall ARREST him. Here an explication by "Google Translate" document issued by a legal or government official authorizing the police or some other body to make an arrest, search premises, or carry out some other action relating to the administration of justice. You may search his house if you want. Normally warrants are used to raid bases, because of Printers and other things. What to do if someone breaks an law If someone breaks the /laws or the F4 laws, you may arrest him. But i would recommnend that you make an /warrant before you arrest him. Normally you can to make an /wanted because that is faster and the /warrant needs to get accepted by the mayor. You can to do this: If someone breaks an law, you can bring them, by escorting them, to the PD. There you ask an ransom, that they dont get arrested(You can to make that in the street's, but in the PD it's way safer). You can make that if the accused person is in public. If you need to raid his base, make an /warrant. Normally he has guns, but dont try to kill him! Only if needed, you may kill him. Thank's for reading. As some of the Law Enforcment people, are often not trained on situations (Completly Newcomer's, Not familiar with DRP). I'm gonna make this guide so we get an proper Law Enforcement Team. Step 1: Calling Them So the first thing is, to call them. This sounds easy but sometimes they dont come. In this situations "threaten" them. With that i mean, that you should say for example: "If you guy's dont come in 5 minutes you will get demoted!" WARNING! IT IS POSSIBLE THAT IF YOU REALLY DEMOTE THEM THAT THEY THEN REVENGE DEMOTE YOU! Step 2: Formations You should do formations. What are formations? Formations are that you get in an "Special Order", like an line. I'm gonna present you some important lines: °Means Player -Means VIP/Commander/Leader/Hostage *Means crouching Player/VIP/Leader SINGLE LINE/COLUMN: - ° ° ° ° Double Line/Column - ° ° ° ° If only 3 people - ° ° ° On this Formation, the Commander/VIP shall be able to pass through the Squadron Diamond Formation ° °-° ° On the Diamond the Hostage/VIP shall not be able to pass through the formation. This is an perfect method to escort people safely. (It can be hard to escort them so train it with your're Squadron Firing Line °°-°° If only 4 people °-°° or other If only 3 people °-° If only 2 °° (Firing Squad ** °° If they look to their Left: *° *° If they look to their Right: °* °* If they look below them °° ** Wedge/Pyramide - ° ° ° ° You shall be able to pass through. Formations are done. Step 3: Faces The faces can be used in situations where they shall look at one specific please and not elsewhere. Left Face: 90°(Degrees) to their Left(Not you're Left) Right Face: 90°(Degrees) to their Right(Not you're Right) About Face: Turn 180°(No matter to which direction, except if you order an specific direction) Front: Look at the Commander. Step 4: Rules It is important that they know, that they should not always kill everyone. Killing is in DarkRP the most useless method if someone is wanted. So firstly tell them this: /wanted is when you shall kill or arrest someone. You may not search his house for illegal items. /warrant is when you may arrest someone. You may search his house for Illegal items. If someone breaks an law(For example, shooting in Public or other) then do this: Take Weaponchecker. Press Rightclick on the accused player. If he moves you may arrest him (Warn him) For this do an Diamond Formation on him After the Rightclick is done, you escort him in the Diamond formation to the PD. There you ask him what he did false. Then you may ask an penance of the player(Money to get the guns back). After that warning, you may arrest him. Step 5: Situations You shall teach you're team on following situations: Law breaking(Check Above) Raid: On an raid you try to get not loudly into the suspect's Base. You go on an Firing Line(Or other) You go in an Single Line(Or other) in the room with printers/Illegal Stuff/The accused Person. Then you dont kill the person(Only if needed kill him) try to arrest him. Raid with an hostage: All of raid. Try to find an escort the hostage in an diamond formation Step 6: Squadrons Squadrons are small teams, which have an special mission Here an example of Squadrons: Alpha Squadron: Raiding Squadron(Or other) Beta Squadron: Patroling Squadron(Or other) Charlie Squadron: Escorting Squadron(Or other) You may make more than these Squadrons with different missions. All Squadron has an Leader. He makes /job Alpha/Beta/Charlie/etc... Leader Normal Members: /job Alpha/Beta/etc... S.W.A.T Medic: /job Alpha/Beta/etc... Medic Sniper: /job Alpha/Beta/etc... Sniper Note that you to can add "Normal Police" to the Squadrons Normally the Leader is the one who goes first. If you have any questions, or suggestions dont hesistate to ask or suggest!

Hello! I found a time ago out how to manipulate websites without any illegal hacking. Have fun! How to be HACKERMAN So you wanna easily manipulate websites without making illegal activities? Well then use this tutorial. So firstly: This is all legal stuff. No illegal content. Let's start! So for first: You can change alot. You can manipulate text and more... even images. This is abusable. So please: Be an nice guy. I am gonna show you the first step: So for example: I dont like Proxy. So i wanna have revenge for f.ex because he raided me. So what to do? So i select the text which i wanna change. Now you right click on it and press the last button of the right( It still need's to be selected. select the text where the text is so: "Which clearly means you will not be brought up at this meeting." So now you can change the text as you want! please: Dont abuse this. You can fuck with me around but not with honorable members. This guide has been made because some people aren't that good at beeing the governemental jobs.Here an tutorial for it. To dont make it to big i made spoilers. Have fun! The Mayor This one is actually pretty useless to be honest. Youre only purpose is to get kidnaped. Sounds crazy but its so... So what to do actually? You can to "watch" SWATs on raids. It isnt very usefull but you can do it... Your choice! As in the rules sayd you can ONLY base with mayor. You can base alone i think. But not with f.ex thiefs. But you can have some fun like you have a sort of "boyfriend". Thats funny and really makes RP more fun. Police & SWAT YOURE JOB IS TO PROTECT THE MAYOR. DONT GO TO POLICIAL RAIDS. IF YOU WANNA RAID SOMEONE JUST GET POLICE/SWAT. You are the bodyguard of the mayor. You spawn in with an gun. You protect the mayor at ALL costs. You shall plan: One guy snipes. The other is at the ground with mayor. Probally two. Its your job. But as sayd: You are the mayors guard. No police or normal guard. This is an BETA version. Please give me any hints for it.
