I explained to the administration team that i couldnt be active for some time. They said it would be ok. So yeah.... ( and the package is permanent )

Even if i did get demoted my Vip Ultimate permissions are missing

About a year ago i bought the Trial Mod rank, wich includes all the ult. VIP permissions. I had a lot of schoolwork and exams to do and sadly couldnt continue playing on the server. My friend started playing CG again, and i come back on just to realise that my ranks are gone. I have all PayPal transactions saved.
