Golden Vip account problems!

Hi,

i have buyed a year ago a vip rank for 15 Grb or something like that pound, i don´t know but its as 15 of it.
but i tought that i had a golden vip rank after a half year not plating im back and not i hear that i have a normal vip rank and its bugged
i got a normal vip account that one is 10 G but when that happend there was a bug or something so i dont have my money and the extra inventory slots (and bank slots)
and if i do !donate in the server then is the text box empty only bought pack and some more but no rank.
so can i get my Golden vip rank so i have mt extra stuff and after that i chance to ultimate vip?

or can anyone help me with this?
