I have to also point out my respect to him. I left like he may have a mental breakdown last night. However, he continued doing his work professionally. Not only was he the only administrator and had some help from the moderators but he had a group of professional trollers (5-7 people) joined the server last night.  I am someone who has managed staff teams before and I with my knowledge I suggest you try to keep a hold of Matty. He is a great addition to your staff team and to the server!
