I guess it's a common occurrence but a few years ago my mom had purchased VIP bundle of sorts (back when I didn't have a credit card of my own). So now when I have rejoined it's gone. I've tried the check_rank, but I get no response from the console. Perhaps there is a way to give proof of purchase (no clue how but I'd be willing to try)
