What does weed formula do and how do I use it?

Exactly what the title says

Grow formula allows your weed pot to become bigger, allowing you to plant more seeds. By default I think it's 2 seeds in a pot if you're not in a gang with the extra weed pot/grow formula upgrade unlocked and 3 if you are.

You put the grow formula into the pot and it allows you to plant 2 seeds and then you put another one in if you meet the requirements and it allows you to plant 3 seeds.

what toast said but you need to put the grow formula before u put the seeds in the potbecause if u put the seeds in the pot first it wont work
