Xappan

Now before you read you might be thinking what's so special about Xappan. 

Personally I think he is the best A+ we have. He's always dealing with ban appeals etc (I understand NightBlade does it alot but he's away rn). 

He does a good job at moderating the forums and that's why I'm recommending him.
