Regarding the 3rd one, you can directly AOS/KOS without a law or textscreen, as that is considered "police property" (mayor's office, jail cells), so the cops have the right to shoot or arrest.

Hello @Izicam, I sincerely apologise that you have lost in-game money while doing a flip due to a possible glitch or issue or by your own fault (likely). However we are unable to refund you do to the evidence not being valid and we dont know if it was actually our fault, so once again we apologise for your loss.
However, if you find me in-game I can guarantee you £500K from my own pocket, although it's not a lot it's 25% of your loss.
We are working toward fixing issues for the future and this is helpful for us so that we may minimize and hopefully stop this from happening so thank you for bringing this to our attention!

This could break things in game and crash your game. Garry's Mod is a single core game and doing this will make it run on more cores which it does not fully support (yet).
