You probably joined the server and started Gmod with the link you get from the forum.

My solution: First start up gmod manually so addons can set up properly, then join server by any means.

I think this is caused because you try to join the server while the addons have not loaded completely yet.

Jackpot  
I don't recommend you to !jackpot by yourself.
Jackpotting by yourself is risky, but if you do win, it pays off extremely well!
 
When you are farming with 2 people, it is recommended you do it 50/50
50/50 means if one of you win the jackpot, you split the profits 50/50
Example
You and X go into the jackpot. 1,200,000 is put into the Jackpot altogether.
X wins the Jackpot.
X Drops you 600,000, which is 50% of the profits from the pot.
That is 300,000 profit.
This is an effective method because you and your friend get more chance of winning which means more profit.


When you are Jackpot farming with more than 2 people, you should do refunds.
A refund jackpot farm is when a group of players gather up, all of the players put the same amount in, and if one of the players out of the group wins, that player refunds all of the other players.
Example
A, B, C & D gather up. 
They all put 300,000 into the Jackpot
X and Z both put 300000 into the Jackpot. They are NOT a part of the team with A B C D.
When A B C D X & Z all put there 300,000's into the Jackpot, there is 1,800,000 in the pot.
D happens to win the pot, and refund A B & C their money, and still, has 700,000 for themselves.
 
Presents  
Presents are good because you can unwrap things as valuable as 2,000,000!
When opening a present, there are 3 tiers of gifts.
Common
These consist of Lugers, backrubs, punches from the fatty himself & worst of all.... nothing
Rare
Rare consists of weapons like the Honey Badger, Winchester Carbine, M60 Machine gun, 50,000, 60,000, 100,000
Epic
These consist of M279 Grenade Launchers, VIP, RPG-7, 600,000 , 1,000,000 , 2,000,000
You're probably thinking "Wow, I can't wait till next update in easter when presents return so I can get that sweet loot!"

Obtaining the "Epic" tier presents are extremely difficult, but getting them feels gooood!
I personally went from 7,000,000 to 7,700,000 to 25,000 so it really is a gamble.
Large Present
3 uses, you can unwrap 3 gifts.
150,000
Medium Present
2 uses, you can unwrap 2 gifts.
100,000
Small Present
1 use, you can unwrap 1 gift.
50,000
 
I would recommend buying Large Presents.
 
Player Based Gambling  
This I honestly do not recommend.
The "Spinning Wheel"
This is a little 2by2 square with 4 triangles of different colors on it with a spinner in the middle.
Let's say it costs 50000 to gamble. 
You would pick 1/4 colors, let's say we picked green.
The host would take my money, and shoot the spinner. Then you wait to see which color it lands on.
It landed on green.
The host will double your money! (100,000)
But what if it didn't land on green?
Then you simply get nothing back.

Delete system 32, generally slows down the download to so long you might as well not even bother.

You literally admitted to placing props during a kidnap, to propblock -in someone else's- base, that's why I jailed you

So i was the mayor and some kid say:
"OMG! GO OVERHERE SOMEONE IS TRYING TO KILL YOU!!" and i just say: "no one is going to kill me and if u trying to kidnapp me i will kill u." (it was a joke).
"And then i go to bathroom and he locked me" and he say: "drop (idk the money) or die!" and i say: "kill me wtf.. "
(+ i swear i propblock for sec the door becuase that guy shoot me and say drop the money or die!)
and i just reply to the police, guards, swat becuase i was kidnapped.. and he kill him near 1min i got unlocked. Then we go downstairs and we saw the guy who kidnapped me and kill the guard and me after i call the moderator "i30delta PE" and he say ok. He tp me and tp the kidnapper and the kidnapper say: "he propblock the door i got screenshots". The moderator say "I want to see the screenshot." (i think i say 4x times i propblock the door) and he not answering. (3-4 minutes later)..
he jailed me for propblocking and that fk kidnapper shoot me to the door and giveing me a food (actually is not a food but is a flying thing "frozzen"). Thanks moderator. I'm done..

It seems like most of the stuff I paid for before, early 2016 isn't given to me anymore. I am an old player and it has been about 8 months since I last played on the server. I just wanted to know what happened and if I could get a refund of some kind... Then I also lost my Gold VIP. I first payed 10 GMT for VIP and upgraded it by donating 5 GMT extra. Seems like it was lost too..

FYI - The Lightsaber was removed and replaced with a "magic sword" that has the same healing/leaping capabilities.

Other items will be given to you, they were removed from everyone because the shop was changed
aslo there is no longer lightsaber, its replaced with a magic sword

I just want all the weapons back. And if that isn't possible, at least another weapon with same value.
