Same happened to me. I lost my gangster cap in the update when /store was introduced, I did hat_data and only got my top hat back, which I subsequently sold. But I would like it back (i posted evidence of it in the token refund post)

Although i never saw Holm with the double barrel, I trust him to tell the truth. He would not risk a ban by spending obviously exploited tokens on perma weps, nor would he lie to gain such an item. He has obviously spent a lot of time on the server to get this weapon, and I know, with the rest of the community backing him up, that he should get his gun back.

I think they're allowed, they can defend themselves if they are not outnumbered with a weapon from their hotbar, but cannot equip one from inventory
