You cant sell skins

I got the HK 416 and some mp5 skin but I cant sell in or use it, Is there any way I can get a refund or something like that?

Skins are only tradable, so if you would like to sell it - you will need to find a player to sell it too.

also note that only skins obtainable through IGM cases are the tradeable ones.
If the skin case costs tokens, the skin obtained cannot be traded.
If the skin exist in both IGM and TOKEN cases, it cannot be traded as well.

/trade STEAMID to send the request to that person
the other person has to do the same with ur steamid to accept the request, after then there is a menu which explains itself
