I would like to recommend @Toast for being such an excellent staff member. He is non-biased, mature, always goes OD when needed (even though he is most of the time OD, dude barely goes RP) and he is the most active staff member on DarkRP. He also works on the forums, is an overall good staff member and I feel like he is not getting enough attention for it.

EDIT: In my opinion, staff members like him should get rewarded.

Nah, he's good. Just needs to learn the art of banter because currently he can come across overly serious. Chill a bit man.  

In all seriousness though, when I had the morbid curiousity to check out the DarkRP server, he was there on what you call "On-Duty". Whenever I glance at the people in the server to see if anyone I know is there, I'll see Toast. So it's crystal clear that he's super active and does what he needs to do.
