@Xappan: Thought i might do this one as to be honest it's much deserved. Xappan is a VERY dedicated member of staff and not only that he's such a cool guy to be around. Recently i've noticed Xappan step up his game, Constantly surveying the moderators ensuring that they are all up to standard, if not reporting it down to me and how we can resolve the issue. Though i've not seen him as 'Admin On Duty' in a while whenever he is on the server his time is purely dedicated to helping the server. 
@proxy: Thought i might as mention this cunt, he is Cloud Gaming's best community manager *Bodman cries* Proxy may not be on the server 24/7 but what i've noticed that if he's required he drops everything to be on as soon as possible. He is a lot more sociable within the community which only improves the community. Believe it or not this i'd ask this Toad "Who's this Admin" "Erm.... Erm... He's.... Erm... I don't know" LOl. You're a good mate Proxy loads of laughs.
@NightBlade: Though this little bambi may becoming a fed he's still a good kid. The thing i like about Nightblade is that he respects authority and does as he's told to an extent, never had any sort of problem with him. He models the way he acts from respectable members of the community and everything he does is within the guidelines and in a very professional manner. He is also extremely active when he can be and overall is a model staff member.
@kelloz: Recently you arrived informing me that you had a rank you shouldn't of had as you resigned, Moderator. I am very happy i allowed you to keep this rank as you've become one of our most active and dedicated members of staff, whenever I'm on you're always on duty. You handle your situations very well and do a great job on our server!
Don't get offended if i haven't mentioned you, the whole staff team do a great job and without all of you the server wouldn't be the same. I made a recommendation previously regarding the whole staff team

Yes I know, lots of people. But all these people are the ones that I see the most, being OD, being kind and understanding, and being themselves.
I would like to start with @proxy, I thought you would be scary and we wouldn't work out at the start but I found out that you are pretty cool and overall and awesome guy, to be honest I wouldn't want a better CM.
@NightBlade, what should I say about you? Well you are one of THE best admin+. I'm serious you are fantastic at your job and you are a funny guy. You are one of those people that you just can't hate but love ;3.
@docge, you are recently became admin + and I congratulate you on that. You are also a very nice guy and I hope to get to know you better.
@Xappan, you are just fabulous. You really are as you are there when I need you, you just became admin+ and you totally deserved it. You are just an awesome individual with a heart of gold.
@Wiggles? Oh yeah wiggles I still don't knwo why you laugh at almost everything I say. Which is why you are special, if you are asked to come OD then you are on in a few minutes and you care about your fellow staff members which is something that we all see in you and it's what makeshe you who you are.
@kelloz, I don't know what to say. You are a true friend and a mentor to me personally. I see you do your admin duties and I learn from you. You are someone that I love seeing in the player list when I get on. And honestly you are the one who makes me smile.
@Toast The Third, eight I said il eat you... but honestly I can't cause then there would be a massive hole in the server as we need and love you. We truly do ( with butter), keep up the work and honestly you are an awesome guy.
@JimmyTortellini, right you are a cool, awesome and hardworking individual. I see you try your best during sits and hard situations and you handle everything with ease and up most professionalism. You are a pleasure to work with.

@Jezza, best for last innit? You are a funny, cool, strange and hardworking individual. You run the server with 50 players on your own and still live... you are a fricking terminator. I think you deserve a promotion and that yur should keep up the good work but remember to also have fun.

Okay so recently I've seen @Toast The Third complain about his Garry's mod crashing. I would of messaged him in PM's but his inbox didn't work. I couldn't find him on steam and couldn't get in game as i'm banned and i couldn't contact him on TS. So maybe this is kind of a guide but kind of to help others?? I don't know you decide.
Anyway there are many ways to fix this. Some worked for me some didn't.
Fix 1: 
Although it doesn't seem likely for this to work as it seems very stupid. I had to set all my graphic and video settings to low or very low and this would extend the crash for about 2 hours. Then randomly i turned it back to high and very high and it worked for a couple days and started crashing again. So this could be a fix for some people.
Fix 2: (This was the one that fixed my Garry's mod)
Go onto steam and click library go to games and right click Garry's mod clicking properties and looking at general then go to set launch options. In there do -dxlevel 90. Once you've done that load up Garry's mod. Although it looks fucking terrible and looks like 360P it fixed my Garry's mod. After a week i removed the dxlevel 90 and it started working again fine and i could go back to normal graphics.
Fix 3:
Do both fix 1 and 3 at the same time and if all else fails. Go to fix 5

Fix 4:
 Do the exact same as fix 2 but instead of doing -dxlevel 90 do +mat_dxlevel 95.
Fix 5:
If all else fails and you have enough time delete local content by right clicking Garry's mod in the steam library and looking at the bottom and it should be there. Then once that has happened re-install the game.
And finally
Fix 6:
Disable your anti-virus while playing Garry's mod as this could be causing it to crash and also unsubscribe from all current addons you're subscribed too as this could also be a reason for it crashing.

He is a great guy, and he is VERY VERY Mature.
I find he even deserves an higher position, as for example CM, due to his addiction to the server! He is an great guy!
 
Proxy is one of my favorite staffs, because i know him from earlier days! He is an great, and nice CM, which is also very fair. He is one of the most mature guys.
 
Nightblade is an great Admin+ which deserves the rank of an S-Admin. Seriously, he is an nice (police officer ) and an mature guy!
