I would strongly recommend learning C language as your first, its pretty hard but when you manage to learn it then you can pretty much learn any programming language with ease as most of them are based of it (python, c++, javascript etc). By software im assuming you mean what to write the code in, and i would use either notepad++ or visual basic but the second option might be a bit hard to start off with. To actually learn i would watch youtube videos teaching you the basics of C and what i usually do is just change stuff in the code and see what it does. Hope this helps!

This guide will not cover ways to make money from things you would normally expect such as drug dealing, money printing etc. This will be a completely out-of-the-box guide on methods that are not commonly practiced. This is not recommended for complete beginners, you need to have a general concept of the game and MUST know how to use features such as betting on jackpot and using all the jobs. So if you are looking for a great regular money-making guide, check out DelCampino's Guide. I have tested the efficiency for each method. These methods were all used by me at some point and i can verify that they are very effective. Jackpot Sniping with other People Here is how this works; you hire 1 or 2 accomplices to bet £300K into the jackpot, whenever there is someone outside your group who bets at least £100K you and your partners immediately bet £300K each. If you win you give the money that your partners put in back to them and keep the rest. Same goes to the other partners. Efficiency and Reliability In one hour of doing this i have made £5,575,000. At some points there was a lack of betting from others and at other points my partners kept winning instead of me, therefore i was not making a profit or a loss. At some occasions i went on an insane winning streak, and sometimes, i would go on a losing streak. This method is completely random and it is not always guaranteed that you will make an insane amount of money out of it. However there is a very high chance of making a profit therefore a am giving this method a low EAR rating. Invest in a Gang and Charge People to Join Invest a large sum of money to upgrade your gang to level 5. Charge people a fee (500k for instance) to join. The higher your gang level the more likely you are to get people wanting to join. After a while you will rack up a hefty sum and trust me, it is worth the trouble waiting to make back all the money you invested. Efficiency and Reliability In 3 days (this was from 1/09/15 to 3/09/15) i have made 15 million by charging people 1 million, sometimes even 2 million. The reliability of this method is very high if you have the Level 6 gang rating due to the fact that you can have more paid members. However with the Level 5 gang there is only a certain amount of people you can have in your gang, so you are bound to kick someone out. Im giving this a high EAR rating. Hitman "Scamming" Although this is technically scamming, this topic is heavily disputed. The way this works is you type these 2 binds into the console. bind "t" "say /hitprice 5000" bind "i" "say /hitprice 50000" You set your hitprice to 5000 using the bind provided and you find someone to request a hit. Once they are in the middle of scrolling through the list of names, change the hitprice to 50000. This is rarely noticeable because people don't look at the hitprice twice. Efficiency and Reliability I made exactly £700,000 in an hour by doing this method. Most of the time people fell for this but there were times were people caught me out. I found that by overdoing this method you will wear out its efficiency as people will look twice the next time they place a hit. Charge People for your Dupes (Only for VIP and above) If you are a really experienced builder, you can make some cool duplications and sell them to people for a reasonable price (200k for example). Even this disco dupe has earned me 200k alone. Do NOT advert your dupes, from my experience this will not really effect the number of customers you get. Mainly what i would do is paste in the dupe as a Hobo and ask someone if they would like to buy it if you get some sort of reaction from them. Efficiency and Reliability In 5 hours i made 3 million just by selling dupes. Since the number of customers you get fluctuates heavily. There is no way of telling how much cash you are going to make. But making the dupes only costs you your time and effort. Therefore i am giving this a medium EAR rating. Hoard Honey-Badgers Collect honey-badgers in every possible way, from unboxing crates and buying them for other people etc. Sell the honey-badgers for 200k - 300k per 10 unit shipment. Do not sell honey-badgers in single units, this will take much more time than selling it in bulk. If you want to get customers to purchase them, in this scenario it is actually best to advert it. Efficiency and Reliability In one session that spanned over 3 hours, i had managed to scavenge 60 honey-badgers. Instead of selling them in shipments of 10 i spent a lot of time looking for a customer. Eventually i found a buyer willing to pay me 100k for each shipment! I managed to make a profit of 4 million (i made 6 million but the honey-badgers cost me around 2 million) in a very short period of time. Again, this method fluctuates in its reliability therefore im giving this a medium EAR rating. Thats all for now! I don't know everyone is making such a fuss about the hitman trick. I made a whole guide and all some of you do is whine about one thing because apparently it is a scam. Perhaps it is, but it is not outlawed in the rules and if don't have anything positive to say but to spam this thread with negatives, then don't say anything at all. If a rule is added prohibiting use of this method then i will remove it from the guide, for now it stays.

Thats arguable, it does not state in the rules that you cannot do the hitman trick, and i even stated that it should not be allowed.
