Never mind I have fixed it, needed to restart Gmod as a whole instead of just changing the settings and rejoining the server.

I recently deleted all my addons on Gmod and booted up the server again, I see all the hats are now errors and things like the magic sword n stuff. I quit the server, turned on download all custom files and rebooted it again. It downloaded a bunch of stuff yet I still see errors. I remember a while back there was a content pack I could download and I didn't delete it since. Was wondering if there is still something like that that exists. I've had CSS textures for a while so it has nothing to do with that. Any suggestions?
