Refund an accident donation

I accidentally bought a custom job slot in the donation store when I thought it was something different, the 30 pounds is still going towards the server but not for that. Is it possible to have a refund?

contact roast, possibly a community manager or such, they would be able to help you. normallx refunds are sadly not possible as @jtwepiczombie already explained. though, when you are mature and proof your capability to cooperate, you may get a refund. if not, simply enjoy your new job.

I was in teamspeak with him at the time, he thought that was the way you got a CJ slot.

 I wanted to buy a slot in the custom job Dead knight which I have done, I paid it to Jamie, and Jamie then bought a custom job slot, so the money went towards the server still, I was just wondering if I could have the other 30 back, I will be helping in the future to add more features to the CJ so more money to the server @roast
