Overall weed is really well done in my opinion. The higher the risk the higher the reward. (More CPs equals better sell prices but also more risk, while if you sell in small lots it's less risk but selling in bulk is more efficient and is better for grinding and yields greater reward at the risk of losing it all.

You shouldn't buy it over the double weed chance if you don't have it. I would highly recommend that you go for the 100% chance to get a second ounce of weed, given it means you're guaranteed double which is more profit. I hate basing I think it's boring and I don't do it much but I've seen people with like 12 weed pots all with that perk and it is super satisfying and generally very nice to have double, it makes it more rewarding.

People already use this method for flips. For example, you place a $100,000 flip, if you lose you double it. When you win you win your money lost and also win $100,000. It's just a way to earn your money back and also make a profit. It's a method to win money with less risk. In theory if you have enough money and people take your flips, you can make money with small risk. If everyone had $100,000,000 and was willing to take high stake flips in the 5-10 million. You could use $100,000 flips and doubling up to make in theory, infinite money with basically no risk since you'll win soon enough.

How long did it take you to earn him

The most I've mined is about 1000/500/250/100 (Which is like 1% of miming pete) Which I sold for a profit of like $2,000,000. So if you think about it, mining Pete is one of the most rare CJ lol given he's worth like $200,000,000 worth of ores.
