The Staff Team

I would like to say the staff team is doing an amazing job and the activity of it is incredible. The server wouldn't be the same without you guys and ladies (if there are any ladies that is). You lot specialise in the following qualifications.

• Teamwork
• Strong Leader
• Dedication
• Problem solving 
• Communication
• Creative Thinker
• Work Ethic
• Ability to work under pressure

And much more, although I may not always come up to you and say "keep up the good work" (well yeah as it's normally "get off your ass and do your duties"). But I always think that I know in the future you lot will have a good job, a place to call home and just a great life in general. Although I am unsure of what road you want to take in life I wish you the best of luck!

And to the ones who may actually be a pain in the ass something (shift, tangy, toast and much more, you know who you are). You are/will do an amazing job in the team. I have strong faith that you lot will go far in this community and in life. 

When times get hard we the Senior Staff are always open to having a conversation with you (we are actually pretty good at our jobs ). Just do me one favour, never give up and keep on rocking.

Ayy thanks for the kind words man, and i mean your okay too i guess  But seriously its been a pleasure being on the staff team and working with all these beautiful people. Good job guys!!! <3

Agreed, this week and the last the staff team has upped their game a lot! Active staff on the first few days a 1:4 ratio! Wasn't always needed but its good to see active staff members. Keep up the good work all!

I can second that. The dynamic of the staff team changes often, and too frequently to keep up with. Sometimes for better or for worse. But this dynamic has definitely changes to a positive one, for the better. 

We're starting to get to grip with our work and physical ethic and effort. It's excellent to see a different staff team again!
