Bug with the weapon crates?

I opened a weapons crates and got another SCAR(i already had one), then i only have 1 SCAR in my inventory, I dont know why it disappeared but I'd like my refund on the crate(80 tokens) as i have only have 1 SCAR, As i opened two i should have 2 scars. @roast

Same thing happened to me but with a fidget sponner, pls fix
