First what are those things? Well an appeal is a post you make when you were banned from one of the CG servers, and you wish to appeal it, or you think it was unfair, and you want to get unbanned. Writing one some steps we'll go over, but one thing is certain: You might get unbanned, you might not.
A ban requests is made when you seen someone else break the server rules, and you think their behaviour is unacceptable. In this case you'll need to follow a template AND have evidence of their wrongdoings. (this is important)
If you want to make an unban appeal or a ban request you can navigate there by pressing the links.
Furthermore before continuing it'd be wise to read this guide on the same topic made by Fruitel. This guide here is going to go through it in more detail.
-----Unban appeals-----
First lets look at what we're going to need while making an appeal. We'll need the following informations:
What server
Ingame name
SteamID
Reason
Screenshot of ban
What server - Since Cloud Gaming has multiple servers you'll first have to choose on which you've been banned.
Ingame name - The name you used ingame. This is most likely will be your steam friends name, unless in RP you used a command to change it, in that case write that one.
SteamID - The most problematic for some people, a steamid is a unique ID to everyone. It looks like this: STEAM_X:X:XXXXXXXX where the Xs are numbers. Getting your steamid is not hard, though it can cause a headache for some people. The simplest way to get your steamid is to join a server on any steam game, open the console and type 'status' then hit enter. It'll bring up the names and ids of all the players on the server. From this point on you'll just have to copy your own.
Another method is using an online search engine like this one. For this to work you'll need your community id, which you can get from your steam community page. THIS IS IMPORTANT! You are banned via this ID so if you cannot supply it you can't get unbanned.
Reason - The reason why you want to get unbanned. If you think you were falsely banned you can write down that, if you are sorry for what you have done you can write down that. Be honest and if you did break rules at least appologize. Be mature. Try to grammar proof what you write. Having bad grammar can really hinder your chances, and using a google search to correct your words only take some seconds. Be polite, do not swear and do not accuse people. The administrators are people too, they have feelings, and they will be more likely to accept your appeal if you are nice, than if you accuse others of everything, swear a lot, and call people names.
Screenshot of ban - Another tricky one. This should be a picture of your attempt while trying to join the server. It won't let you join, but it'll display a little window on why you were banned by who and for how long. This is important too. The easiest way to do it is open the game, try to connect, the window pops up, you press the "Prt Sc" button on your keypad (Short for Print Screen), open the paint program and paste it with ctrl+v or from the menu, then save it. Ofc there are other methods, you can use whichever you want.
After this you only have to post it, and admins will read it, reply on it, and either unban you or leave you banned. Your chances are still better if you are informed. If you do not get unbanned don't worry, either your ban will expire, or you can appeal your ban again, still, trying is a sign to the admins that you do care about the community at least a little bit.
-----Ban Requests-----
Mostly the same as in ban appeals with the exception of:
Name of offender
Offender SteamID
Why they should be banned
Time of incident
Just like before lets go through separately:
Name of offender - This is the name the offender used while he commited the rulebreaks. If he changed names you can list which you can.
Offender SteamID - The steamid of the offender, you can get it the same way you can get yours, or, if the offender disconnects by the time you are making the appeal, look in the console. It will say something like: "Dropped "Offender's name" from server<STEAM_X:X:XXXXXXXX>" From this you can see their id and name too.
Why they should be banned - You can write down the rules he broke while on the server (YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVE IT), or if it happened to you you can write down what happened from your point of view. I.e. on RP:
"I was walking in the middle of the street with my friend when this guy came up to us, adverted 'raid' and shot us both. I think this was rdm as we were not in/near our base/didn't have a base, so the raid was invalid."
After writing down what happened you have to prove it somehow. Proof can be a video, or a picture, or a picture of the console, or the chat if that proves your point, or a set of pictures. However, no matter how many people say it happened, if you cannot prove something with hard evidence, admins cannot listen to witnesses.
Time of incident - Just write down when it happened, though try not to be too vague. Do not write "at night" write "9pm" or "9pm GMT" or "2016.11.28 18:21 GMT", more information is never bad, but less information can be.

I'm pretty sure I speak for nearly every member of the community here. Thank you so very much for Cloud Gaming. The community you have built here is phenomenal, and CG is so incredibly unique, it is by far the best DarkRP server, and the best GMod community in Garry's Mod. The amount of work and dedication you have put into CG is amazing, and we're all so very grateful for it. Through the highs and the lows, the community has stuck together, and brought great memories to every member.
Like every other server, we get our minges, we get our trolls, rulebreakers, people that try and destroy our community, snakes, and just awful people. However, the people of Cloud Gaming haven't ever been knocked down, we've all been a great community, and we owe it all to you. Cloud Gaming isn't just a set of servers, it's a whole community of people, where friendships have been made, people have made their mark, and just as a whole has been a whole bundle of fun. 
So once again, thank you very much Roast for the community you have built, all the time and development you have put into the servers, the money, blood, sweat and tears. It's made a brilliant community of CG, so I think we all thank you for that.

Basic information: 
 
TTT is a Garry’s Mod gamemode in which there are a total of 3 roles, those being the innocent, the traitor and the detective.
The goal of the game is for either the traitors to kill all the innocents or the innocents to kill all the traitors.
Detectives spawn every 8 players
If a player dies, they will not respawn until the round has ended and will appear to still be alive until their corpse is confirmed.
 
Innocents:
 
As an innocent, your goal is to help kill any traitors to win the game.
You will not know who the traitors are along with your fellow innocents and so will have to find evidence, however shoot a fellow innocent and your karma decreases.  
On a corpse, information is given on their death such as how long ago they died and what their role was to narrow down the possible traitors. There is also additional information such as DNA of the killer (an innocent can call the detective to the body and will receive a marker where the body is to retrieve the DNA) and if they were shot in the head.
 
Detectives
 
As a detective, your job is to help the innocents find the traitors and help kill them.
Detectives have access to their own shop by pressing the “C” key. With credits they find on dead traitor bodies or killing traitors, they can buy special equipment to help them kill the next. They automatically start with one credit. In addition, they also have a DNA scanner er to track the DNA of the killer of a person by left-clicking a body.
 
Traitors
 
As a traitor, your goal is to kill all the innocents without getting caught and killed.
Traitors have their own shop in which they can buy special weapons to help in their job of killing the innocents, this can be opened by pressing the “C” key. Traitors start with 2 credits and can earn credits by killing innocents, detectives and IDing detective or traitor buddies’ bodies that have unspent credits.

ttt_minecraft_b5: There is a built in traitor tester that can “prove” innocents, with the presence of the “Gold Block” found in different spawns on the map - to test pull the LEVER and the torch on the side will turn green if they are innocent or red if they are traitor, however, it is red, ALWAYS check twice as the traitor could have set off the T trap - to reset this open and close the door, after this, if it is still red, press the button so send them to their demise… There is also a “T room” in which the traitor can access, from 2 locations and can trap the map exclusive “Nether Portal” and dispose of a body.
ttt_67thway_v4: There is also a tester on this map, however there is no use for a “Gold Block” or any trigger, it is automatically “up”, however can be broken. There is also a Traitor Trap room like on ttt_minecraft_b5 and are many secrets hidden throughout.
 
Power Rounds
 
Knife Battle: A FFA (Free-For-All) where you all spawn with a knife, left click to stab, right click to throw, you have infinite knives so don't worry about picking any up, last person standing wins!
Low Grav: The gravity is the world is a third of what it normally is so you leap like a gazelle and take less fall damage - Normal TTT rules apply!
Sudden Death: You are impaired by 99 health, thus spawning with 1, can you survive? - Normal TTT rules apply!
Slow Motion: The whole game is 2 times slower, causing some unexpected predicaments! - Normal TTT rules apply!
Headshots Only: Pretty self explanatory - only headshots will damage people so you have to have a good aim! - Normal TTT rules apply!
Disguised Mode: Everyone is equipped with a perma-disguiser so no one knows who is who! - Normal TTT rules apply!
TDM and Shuffle DM: TDM is a battle between detectives and traitors, once you have been killed you are out! However with shuffle DM, once you are killed, you change teams, and once the whole population is either a traitor or a detective, the round ends!
 
Betting
 
Within the first 20 seconds of a round you may place a bet (if there are 5 people or more) - whatever you bet you will double your money if you win - the conditions are as follows: the person you bet on’s team must win, however they must be alive at the end of the round - the minimum anyone can bet is 10 and the max is 500.
To bet: Press F2 at the start of the round to free your cursor, then click on the bet box on the left of the screen then select the player you would like to bet on and enter the amount you would like to bet.
Extra Commands
!p <player> <msg> : sends a private message to the target
@<msg> : sends a message to admins
!motd : gives server rules and staff list

Introduction
Note: Content in this guide that is the colour yellow are the important bits if you can't be bothered to read through everything. 
 
So, you've gone on to a server, perhaps TTT and you're greeted with purple checkers, big error signs and a really trippy skybox as colours merge and you have a seizure.
Welcome to Garry's mod, you've made the first mistake by playing without getting the textures first. Sure, you might find one or two maps that look all nice and perfect. But 98% of maps and content will require a texture pack that clearly, you don't have. In this tutorial I will share with you how myself and most people have got the textures for FREE.
Custom content
Already got the texture packs but still getting errors? You've got a nasty case of missing custom content. Unfortunately I cannot give a universal fix that will help in all cases as...well, I can't exactly list every single custom content pack can I? However, I can tell you that all it takes is a bit of common sense to find that sneaky custom content that didn't download automatically when you joined a game. Your best bet for locating custom content that you didn't receive automatically is to find the server's forum page (just like this one! :D), you will almost always find threads and even official guides from staff that will get you the custom content. So get out there and get looking!
Where the hell are these texture packs then?
So, you're definitely sure that it's the missing texture packs you need. This obviously means you do not own Counter Strike: Source and/or the Half Life series. Not a problem because, you don't need 'em. I will break down each step on how to get these pesky missing textures. Caution: This will take a long time to download unless you have fast internet speeds.
Ensure that steam is closed on your computer Click on the links below and click "Download through your browser" Download Counter Strike: Source Download Half Life 2: Episode 1 Download Half Life 2: Episode 2 Go to "My computer" or "This PC" Open your "Local Disk (C:) drive" Open "Program Files (x86)" Open "Steam" Open "steamapps" Open "common" Open "GarrysMod" Open "garrysmod" Open "addons" Extract the downloaded files in to "addons" Start up Gmod and watch as all the beautiful textures are present! The end result should look like this:
