Initially I thought he might be a bit bias and edgy based off previous impressions I can't remember how that image built up in my mind, but I was in a sit with him and he's proven to me he's very honest, cares about each individual player and acts purely for the sake of the server.

I've been playing more rp in the last few days, and i spotted @Chef OD at certain times.
You're doing a great job, professional and quickly taking care of sits.
Like i said i rarely (or even never) recommend staff, but i'll make an exception for you @Chef.
Keep doing this and i expect to see you as a higher up in the future.

I could've put this in guides or suggestions but it's neither relevant as me a player giving a guide to an admin is extremely cocky and rude, and likewise with a suggestion.
So realistically help is the most relevant, so please can you help us, the player base by being more considerate and attentive to where you jail a player. 
I was raiding a base yesterday and the admin jailed a swat raiding with us in the middle of the raid, causing us all to get trapped and he didn't even pay attention to it for ages, literally minutes., enough such that their NLR timer expired and they could come back.
That's out of order. Hugely out of order.
Please, use jailtp if they're in a raid or proximate to other players. 
The base being raided was the ZFG Base, and the admin who did that inconsiderate jailing was a member of ZFG too, ZFG something beginning with R.
I was going to report him for this and potentially gang ties as an admin.
I have a screenshot saved on my computer and was going to do a complaint but I didn't have the name showing in the jail, or the admins name to match it as I was too occupied with trying to get him to tp him elsewhere. I kept asking it who he jailed in the base so I could post a log with that but he kept ignoring me on OOC.

It's not really something that can be helped, it's just a suggestion but I didn't want to post it there as I thought it could come across as rude.
When admin jails people in between raids without teleporting them away it really ruins gameplay as it obstructs everyone else.

Hello @Jonathan, I'm sincerely sorry for the rather unpleasant time that you have experienced on our server. I fully understand what you mean by our staff members (mods and admins) jailing players in places where it will affect other players' RP.
I will therefore be informing all staff members immediately regarding this matter so that we don't have to repeat such incidents. Along with that, any staff members that then even after being notified of it proceed to do it, will be punished.
I want to thank you for informing us about this issue and I hope you enjoy your stay on the server. For any further questions/enquiries either regarding this matter, another matter or the progress of what I stated then feel free to contact me on the forums!

I agree, proxy is a CM I trust in. And he knows the rules to without a fault. 
The others I was unsure, Nomad wouldn't even answer a question I had the bastard busy man! Bodman I didn't interact with but he seemed chill, genuinely.

Tbh, think about the amount of work our current past community managers have done, how inactive active they were, how helpful and rude friendly they were, now we got @proxy, the kind of CM that in my opinion CG needs.
Just take a quick look at what he's done since he's became the community manager, it's like double what other CMs did for the entire time they were CM ( excluding @Bodman, so you know who we're left with  )
tl;dr - Proxy is the best CM that CG has ever had, I think.

I sent @Nomad the money for the job 39 days ago but he does not answer me.
So i wrote to @roast, hey roast Nomad dont answer me but i already payed for the CJ. And btw
i send him some screen shots of the payment.
 
He answer me write him again. I did. I did it 5 times. But he dont answer me and left the conversation.
So i write roast, hey roast Nomad leave the conversation. (sone screens of the conversation)
Wait the first day.
Wait the second day.
Wait the third day.
BOOOOM he leave the conversation too. WTF GG GJ OMFG WHY
Now no one answer me and no one read my messages.

I am aware that I have recommended @Turtle in the past but I felt the need to do it again! He has been doing such a great job at being an Admin at the moment I could help myself but recommend again... He is a good friend and always, and I mean ALWAYS willing to help me out!
I'm also recommending my amazing friend @i30delta for doing such a great job as a Moderator! I have been talking to him and he never wants to RP and is just completeing all the reports! He is such a good Moderator already is a,aging at the role!

1. If you're assisting a pd raid with a custom job (e.g. UA ) Can you do it with a fellow custom job that can only assist the pd raid  (just like UA) Or you need a terrorist leader OR a terrorist leader and a terrorist ?
2. If you're raiding with a friend and you die, do you have to wait for the nlr or the raid timer ?
3. Can you counter a bank raid ? 
4. Can 2 mercs hire each other to raid the pd (or by anyone else)?
5. Can you hire a merc to raid a pd solo ? 
6. Can you mug in mines ? 
I'm posting this because those rules are kinda unclear and some staff members will say one thing and others will say the other.
 
Edit : 7. Can you counter raid a bank raid with a job that can't rob it? (Parkour and most of the cjs)

I said that was fine, as long as you had proof e.g. watching him have a gun/raiding
