If you purchase the "Mod Trial" you will be set off as an moderator after being mentored. The rank stays for a period of 30 days. Means that after 30 days of work, you will be needing to apply for a new rank (Admin or extention to your rank).
Admin does not have this sytem at the moment, Will probably be added that after 3-4 months you will be needing to extend.
Easily said, Moderator: 30 days period, then you apply for further rank.
Admin: No limit. If a limit is set of a time period it will be months!

He is always online or OD when needed, despite being put under pressure by a low amount of staff OD and is performing outstandingly well.

I don't know if it's just me but I think you have been doing a really great job recently and have really stepped up over the past weeks. I would just like to say thanks @roast for the work you have been putting in and all the goodies you have been giving out to the community!

So thank you to Nemo and Florian for helping me as they are very good friends and they helped me stop mass rdm'ers and ban them for their punishment.
It was kinda rough because there was also a lot of reports so they helped a lot.

I would like to say the staff team is doing an amazing job and the activity of it is incredible. The server wouldn't be the same without you guys and ladies (if there are any ladies that is). You lot specialise in the following qualifications.
Teamwork Strong Leader Dedication Problem solving  Communication Creative Thinker Work Ethic Ability to work under pressure And much more, although I may not always come up to you and say "keep up the good work" (well yeah as it's normally "get off your ass and do your duties"). But I always think that I know in the future you lot will have a good job, a place to call home and just a great life in general. Although I am unsure of what road you want to take in life I wish you the best of luck!
And to the ones who may actually be a pain in the ass something (shift, tangy, toast and much more, you know who you are). You are/will do an amazing job in the team. I have strong faith that you lot will go far in this community and in life. 
When times get hard we the Senior Staff are always open to having a conversation with you (we are actually pretty good at our jobs ). Just do me one favour, never give up and keep on rocking.

I would just like to say that I'm really happy and glad that @roast has kept up to his promises and hasn't failed us. He has set himself some difficult goals and has been keeping up to reaching them and maintaining himself within their reach, the fact you're keeping up to the restarts and all the custom job hassle shows that you really care.
Thanks Roast and hopefully this can keep on continuing into the foreseeable future!
Btw @Bodman deserves Owner++ as he has also been doing very well and is a great CM!

It hasn't been long since you got your cm rank back, but its as if you were always here.

I have this as well but to me everyone sounds like they're speaking through an old fashioned radio, my audio is fine on Discord + TS but not on the server.

I've been waiting for my CJ back for 2 (ish) months now and haven't got it still. 
I've made loads of the reports I've been told to make over and over but none are being responded too or accepted (or denied! I haven't been told). 
My money (£40 roughly) has been taken and nothing has been given to me in return. 
When I ask no one has given me valuable advice so instead I'm doing this, this isn't a direct message to roast so I shouldn't be warned for it, this is a message to the community. What should I do? My parents feel I've been scammed and it might not be my choice as to whether or not I get a refund on PayPal. So apologies to nomad if I do end up getting my money back but I have messaged you about it giving you warning about a month ago. 
So to sum up: the people who've actually solved this problem, what should I do?

UPDATE: messaged nomad on TS (as I was told), he asked what it was about,I said my custom job and he ignored me from then on. I'm getting a refund since this is definitely a scam

This member of staff has been doing a fantastic job at keeping the server safe from rule breakers lately, OD all the time and very underrated for what he does - well done.
