As some people say, the staff team are underappreciated and in all honesty, I have to agree with that. Yes, I and roast don't say it often but deep down we thank all staff members for what they do, how they operate, the amount of hard work they put towards the server. As staff are aware I have been making changes in hopes to improve the staff team and make it run more professional not only that but to also try and help bring back the motivation that they once had.
We can all agree that without the staff team the server would just be an ordinary sandbox server with content (in other words an RDM feast), the staff do their best to keep the server from rulebreaks, help out other players in the community and even though they may be having a rough day, they put a smile on their face and crack on with what needs to be done and because of that I can honestly say the staff have mine and roasts respect.
So, thank you for all you are doing and even though you lot get some hate you still carry on and do your duties, not letting it affect you and bring you down. Yes, I understand that some staff members are having issues but never hesitate to PM me on the Forums because I'll reply as soon as I can to help you out no matter what the issues are. 
So do me one favour, keep up the hard work and never give up!

Agents Guide on Defending
Firstly there is a few things u need to know when defending ur base, such as Peeking,baiting and checking for invis people or "invis checking"
lets start by assuming you have a base with 3 Fading doors in the entrence and fading door shooting windows on the left, the back and front And u have a Mossberg shotgun
Peeking
when ur getting raided by a normal player peeking is straightforward. wait for them to be busy placing a keypad cracker and shoot, however dont just open the fading door and stand still while shooting, move around so they cant get an easy shot on you.
When getting raided by a lets say Sniper, now its important to not peek until they are placing the keypad hacker or looking away from the window where u currently are. u do the same as above, peek>Shoot>move>wait. repeat till they are dead, if you missed ur chance then go to the window they aint currently looking at and quickly open and shoot then move away
When ur getting raided by two people u pretty much do the same thing, make sure they are trying to hack the door then get an shot in and ofc not while one or both are facing your window.
Custom jobs
When you are getting raided by someone with a CJ it depends on what gun they have so lets break it down.
Spas-12
same as if u were raided by a Sniper/normal player - dont let him/her pick you off before they have even passed first door
Dragonov-SVU
same appllies for when ur raided by a sniper. wait em out till they try and make an attempt then shoot.
Double barrel
now its crucial you do not peek when not needed -dont let him/her/them pick you off before they have tried hacking ur door/are past first door
here you can try and bait them by being around the corner and pressing the button to try and get them to Shoot when ur not there, then u can move in and get a shot in on them.
or you do the same as the other weapons and wait for em to attemp to hack ur door and progress. you wait till they have the keypad cracker/hackphone out then you open>shoot>move.
Multiple CJs
seeing as most jobs have semi auto snipers/Dbarrel these days u do the same here as with Dbarrel and getting raided by multiple people.
Explosives
If you see a raider throw an nade you do the obvious and move back, when u see an stickman with an hackphone out doing nothing u should Not open the window as he will throw in an IED and kill you. if u have an suspicion the raider is gona use an RPG you should move back till you see him come back
Baiting
Try and get them to Shoot Nothing basicly. Open the fading door from an safe distance, quickly move into the open and back or just Shoot ur own prop to scare/stress em
SWAT/CP Raids
Same rules as when any other person was raiding you, dont peek when not necessary
Rushing
Rushing is when they try their best to Get in and mov you down. the swats have 125-150 armor so this is a viable tactic for them. if you see them try and rush you should open any window you can and fire on the guy Raming ur doors open
Invis checking
Straight forward. from time to time shoot in ur entrence to see if anyone is trying to sneak in. Do this when u have an suspicion somenoe is trying to cloak in or if you heard something
Unpredictability
most importantly dont be predictable. keep switching locations and move around

3. Be in a good gang and have lots of weapons and moneys
4. Have a permagun/swep/cj and make sure you use it to the right thing (kill all new players that are basing)
5. Dont talk to players you dont like or dont know except when you are being mean to them. if they  are popular or admin+ and above you can talk with them
6. Do not ever base with someone that is not popular!

If you purchase the "Mod Trial" you will be set off as an moderator after being mentored. The rank stays for a period of 30 days. Means that after 30 days of work, you will be needing to apply for a new rank (Admin or extention to your rank).
Admin does not have this sytem at the moment, Will probably be added that after 3-4 months you will be needing to extend.
Easily said, Moderator: 30 days period, then you apply for further rank.
Admin: No limit. If a limit is set of a time period it will be months!
