If it was by mistake then appeal the ban in the Ban appeal section of forums, it happens a lot where it is not intentional to disconnect/leave due to uncontrollable conditions e.g pc crashing as you said. Appeal the ban here

Leaving to avoid punishment, so You were in a admin situation or comitted a rulebrak and left the server to avoid being punished (LTA or LTAP stands for Leaving to avoid/ Leaving to avoid punishment)
