    Some hats are retrievable if you type hat_data in console and then reconnect to the server and check the /store.

    Weapons from the permanent weapon NPC weren't returned after permanent weapons came back and won't be returning as far as I'm aware. I also lost one but will probably wait to buy it again if they aren't returned.
