I asked roast the other day for them and he answered that they are not making custom skins anymore so thats why the link does not work. Cause that feature was so you can create your skins, see how they look like in game and then suggest them for the weapon skins update that is no longer coming into cg.
But an updated link to them would be cool so we can keep making custom skins for ourselfs
