What'll you need to make your own skin(s): The original .tga files supplied by roast
WinRAR (For the original .tga files)
Any image editing software VTFEdit
Once you've got your skin cut and clipping masked. Save it as a .png. We'll use a simple Red Tiger camo from MW2 as our example skin.
Open up VTFEdit and go to File > Import and select your skin. You'll be greeted with a screen like this
Within the spoiler below should be all the information you need on picking the right settings for the best outcome
Once you have your desired settings save it as a .VTF file. Make sure you call it the same as whatever the weapon part you chose was called. For eg. we change the receiver from the ak folder.
Go to your garrysmod addons folder, commonly found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons
Find the desired addon, for us, we're using the AK-47 from the M9K assault rifles pack.
Open up another instance of file explorer and head to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\bin here you'll find a file called gmad
All you need to do is drag the addon file on top of gmad.exe and it'll create a folder with everything needed to see your skin in game.
This should open a command prompt just give it a few seconds and it'll be done.
If you scroll back up to the top of your addons you should now see a folder.
Create a backup of this folder so you can access the original materials, or if you can't be bothered you could always reinstall the addon after you're finished.
You're going to want to open it up to here, C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons\m9k_assault_rifles_128089118\materials\models\weapons\v_models
This'll give you access to all the weapons in the pack so if you want to do it on one of the other weapons you can. For us, we're going to open up the folder called "thanez_ak". Once open replace the existing file(or files depending on what and how many parts you altered) with your textured skin. Open up or tab back into gmod and your skin should be on your weapon.
Obviously, there's much more you can do and each weapon has multiple parts, but that's for you to figure out (because I can't get my tiny brain around it yet) You may want to be careful because certain parts will cause your skin to be flipped.

This guide will go over all the ways to make money on the server

Printers: The most basic way to make money. You spawn the printer and every so often money will come out of the front. To spawn the different printers go into F4, Entities, Printers. Here is all the components you need to get printing. There are 4 types of printers "Normal", "Master", "Gang" and VIP. Everyone can spawn a Normal and Master but for the Gang printer you need to be in a gang that has the printer upgrade and for the VIP printer you need VIP.
Once the printer(s) are spawned in, this is the basic setup. To get more money, you can insert "Cores" into the printers. You can add up to 7 cores and this will decrease the amount of time it takes to get money. The more "Cores you add, the higher the temperature the printer will get. To keep the printers at a low temperature, Add a cooler into the printer. Just grav-gun the cooler into the printer and it will say "Cooler = true" on the printer once you have done so. To charge the printer, Buy a charge and when the printer hits 0 charge then grav-gun the charge into the printer.

Moonshine: Moonshine is easy to make but is not the best pay. When the moonshine is done making a bottle will appear on/near the machine, just press e on the bottle to get 10k. To spawn the Moonshine equipment go into F4, Entities, Moonshine. Here is all the components you need to get making moonshine.
Once you spawn in the "Brewer", Move it to a suitable place with the Physgun. To get making, You need to buy "Dank juice" and "Alcohol". Grav-Gun the Dank Juice and alcohol into the brewer and you will see a green bar appear on the top of the brewer, This is how long it will take to make the moonshine. Press E on the bottle that comes out of the brewer and you receive 10k. This is a very simple method but not the best payout.

Weed: Weed is a very simple method and has a decent payout of 25k per bag. To spawn the equipment to make weed go into F4, Entities, Weed. Here you will find all the components to make the weed.
Once you have spawned in a "Plant pot", Move it to a suitable place with the Physgun. To start making, you need to buy "Stardawg seeds". Grav-Gun the seeds into the plant pot and you will see the plant pot turn full with soil. Above the plant pot, it will say "Growing...". Once it says "Ready to harvest", press e on the plant pot and a little bag will pop out of the pot and you will need to click E on this bag and take it to industrial where you press E on the "Gazza" who is waiting in industrial round the left corner when you go down the tunnel from fountain and you will receive 25k for each bag. Bags will stack up so for example if you had 3 bags you will get 75k. To check where industrial is, Use (this) Map location guide. The number he is in is 4.

Drugs/Meth: This method is quite complex and takes time, The payout is for a 20-pound crystal you get 36k. To spawn the equipment to make drugs go into F4, Entities, Drugs. Another good idea is to build a base near the druggie. The druggie is located left of the beach through the tunnel and is waiting there. Also, it is easier to buy all the equipment using commands that are bound to a few keys. Bind guide for drugs (Here).
To explain on how to make it, (This) video will show you how to make it. Theirs only 2 different things different is the "Gas canister", will only charge when the stove is on 0 and you Physgun the canister into the stove and it will charge to 100 and that the F4 menu is different (To spawn the equipment to make drugs go into F4, Entities, Drugs.).

Mining: Mining is a simple and relatively easy method for making money that doesn't require a base. To mine you will have to either be the "Miner job" by doing /miner in chat, going into F4, Jobs, Citizens, Miner OR you could have a gang with the pickaxe upgrade so you can have the pickaxe without having to be miner. You can also increase your mining speed by going into /mining and level up.
To get to the mines this video (Here) will show you how to get there from spawn. Then get your pickaxe out and when you hold right click on the rocks in the mine you are able to mine them and get the ore. To sell the ore's, you can either do /mining and at the top, there is 4 ore's to sell OR go to Gertrude who is in the centre of the mine and press E on the NPC and you get the same menu as /mining. You can also craft weapons such as RPG, Milkor. To craft the weapons you need loads of ore's, if you left click on the weapon it will show how much ore you need of each ore.

Deliveries: These are a decent option, However there has to be 20 people on for you to do it. Press E on the NPC to bring up a menu where you can pick out of 4 runs to do.
You get double the money of what it costs to do. So cocaine is 9k to buy and when you take it to gazza in industrial you get 18k. All Deliveries, are to be taken to Gazza in industrial. Also watch out for CP as when you take the Delivery, you are made wanted and all CP can see that you are wanted.
