I don't understand why you needed to comment on this, the post was made over a month ago and regardless of what is going on with the staff member in question right now doesn't mean he hasn't done good in his time. 
Also this - 8 Gravedigging - If a thread has been inactive for 30 or more days it's considered 'dead' and should no longer be posted on without staff approval.

Do not attempt to create loopholes for your personal benefit.

3 Appeals – You may only post on appeals if you have additional proof, is the accused member (If a ban request or staff report) or is the thread starter. Forum staff exempt from this rule.

5 Content – Content should not be offensive or sexually oriented; nor must it crave any form of attention/reputation.
6 Topics – A topic may not be created without a proper reason behind it, this means that there shouldn't be topics made where you post stupid content.

can you literally just accept the fact please? You shot someone and they shot you and killed you. it would be the same if in real life someone hit you hard you wouldnt just stand there and take it... no you would throw hands.. get over it
