I think its important to know too that when it comes to mental health its such a personal experience therefore one solution that works for someone does not work another person. Ive struggled with my mental health a lot over the years, and as a result have turned to drugs which made things ultimately worse. I tried therapy and medication but neither worked. I thought I was doomed. I thought about taking my own life, I even planned it.
Looking back now it seems quite crazy where I was to where I am now. Two years of absolute hell, now I am the best I have ever been. I started going to the gym which I enjoyed, it was a hobby to keep me busy and entertained. I also started setting myself small achievable goals, like cook dinner for my family, go to the shop, code X today, learn X today, learn how to do this exercise today, up the weights today. I also spoke to my family and friends, about my worries and how I felt. Then gradually it started getting better. It wasn't instant, but it wasn't slow either. That is my story, and how I got out of the pit I was in. Your story will be different, but I can promise you there is always a solution. Just don't give up, keep trying to find it, keep trying new things and stay strong.
 

Hi everyone, I just thought I’d put this post here to speak about mental health and just to offer support to anyone who wants or needs it and just to hopefully make people think about what they say to everyone in this community a little more. 
 
If you’re reading this and feel alone or upset  about anything at all please don’t hesitate in messaging myself or @roast our door will always be open to everyone in this community and try to help with any issues you are having, if you don’t feel like you could speak to us then I recommend speaking to anyone you’re close to family members, friends, or the Samaritans/Childline you are not alone. I really would appreciate it if everyone could just think about what they say before they say something to someone else aswell, as we could never know what’s going on behind the scenes of someone’s life and this community could very well be an escape for a lot of people.

This is a FORUMS guide to help you insert pictures and videos into your posts.
As you may already know there is a limit to how much you can directly upload onto the forums to save the server from dying. This guide will show you how to insert pictures and videos into your posts!
 
VIDEO:
Inserting videos is relatively simple as you can just paste a youtube link in either format (https://www.youtu.be/xxxxxxxxx or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) and the video will be inserted into your post automatically.

PHOTO:
Inserting photos is harder to do and requires more steps. You will first need an image link:
From google/internet:
Right click the picture and press "copy image adress"

The image link (a link ending in .jpg .png .gif etc that leads to a web-page with only the picture) will be copied to your clipboard.
This will work for most photos, if it doesn't you will need to download the picture and use the following method:
From you/your computer:
You can have an image copied to your clipboard (the actual image not the link) by using ctrl+shift+s (windows)  Command+Control+Shift+4 (mac (not tested)) to copy a portion of your screen to your clipboard or you may just have an image saved on your computer
In those cases you need to upload the images to an image hosting website that will work (trial and error, my preferences below) to put the image online. You will go on those websites and paste the image (if it is supported on that website.) The image will be uploaded. Some websites have settings, here are a few, Display image publicly (random people will stumble onto your picture, set to no) expiration time (how long your image stays on their website, needs to be forever/never expire) 
You then need to travel to the link they give you, right click the picture and copy its address.

imgBB.com (supports pasting clipboard)

Once you have your working link you can follow the next steps:
Go onto the forums and create your post. You then need to click on the square in the bottom right of your screen and select "insert image from url"

A box will show up asking you for your link. Paste your link in there and press insert. Well done! you now have an image of unlimited size on your post! (or you can sometimes just paste the link into your post and it will auto embed)
EDITING PICTURES.
Once you have added a picture to your post and want to edit alignment/resolution/etc. you can double click on the picture. This will open up a menu 
Link URL is where you can enter a URL to redirect the user to when clicking the image.
Image title is what people see if the image fails to load/they have a "focus browser"? that won't load images.
Size is to physically change the size of the image on your page. if you want the image to NOT be stretched (OoO Recommended ?)  Then check the "Keep original aspect ratio" box. This will make it so that editing one dimension of the image will move the other one proportionally.
Alignment is there if you want the image to be placed with text. As you can see here this image

Hey it all adds up. I also had a big emotional attachment to this RPG, it killed Konstans, Relly, S1CK, Byreaper, Younes, Ski, and tons more! If this thing was stat strak it would have over 1k kills. Cmon man :(((

This guy is the man, filled Havoc's and my printers for 2+ hours (I went out for 2 hours and asked him), and when I came back my money box had 1.2 mil from printers.

I smell staff complaints

Only staff member willing to go on duty while the server had 70+ players on and 10+ RP-ing staff, when asked to go OD, staffed and dealt with reports immediately whilst some staff pretended to be AFK.
Very helpful and dealt with reports as quickly as he could, although he is a new mod, he is doing a great job at staffing! Disappointed in the how the staff team was acting, but he kept the speed up.

Great staff member for his first day. Being left to deal with 60+ people and 7+ reports whilst there was an Admin+ and two Admins refusing to go OD. He seems nice and genuine
