Epic is a very nice Greek person, he is always active in game and goes OD when asked to. Even though some people may think this recommendation is a joke but in my opinion I feel like its well deserved, he tries hard so I'm recommending him

gotta give credit to @Radec for being a chill guy and in general bringing alot of effort into his gang and making a mental health care server aswell (it's still in development).

It shows that Radec actually cares about helping other people, he is taking time out of his day to help people by developing a server for people who may need this. He puts a lot of effort into TBL every day for the people in the gang. He is a really hard working guy and very nice to people who respect him.

This is used for loading all the textures of darkrp that is using csgo textures. First of all you need winrar for this
TUTORIAL: so you go to this page download the css content with winrar. now you need to go to the Folder were you have gmod installed.
                                                                   C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons
You have to extract what is in the WinRAR folder to the other folder (this one over here ⬆️). Now when everything is installed there. Restart the garry's mod and you will have all the textures / sounds.
you need winrar for this. i hope its helpful for you!

All this is allowed because your not installing the game just the textures so if you have allready the game you dont need this. its just for the people that dosent have csgo. if you dont have it you can do this tutorial.

I think its important to know too that when it comes to mental health its such a personal experience therefore one solution that works for someone does not work another person. Ive struggled with my mental health a lot over the years, and as a result have turned to drugs which made things ultimately worse. I tried therapy and medication but neither worked. I thought I was doomed. I thought about taking my own life, I even planned it.
Looking back now it seems quite crazy where I was to where I am now. Two years of absolute hell, now I am the best I have ever been. I started going to the gym which I enjoyed, it was a hobby to keep me busy and entertained. I also started setting myself small achievable goals, like cook dinner for my family, go to the shop, code X today, learn X today, learn how to do this exercise today, up the weights today. I also spoke to my family and friends, about my worries and how I felt. Then gradually it started getting better. It wasn't instant, but it wasn't slow either. That is my story, and how I got out of the pit I was in. Your story will be different, but I can promise you there is always a solution. Just don't give up, keep trying to find it, keep trying new things and stay strong.
