There are a few places to find some good gifs but here are some I have found:

What to do if the gif is >50kb:
Compress the gif I.E
Make it shorter and/or quicker.
Delete duplicate frames from the gif.
Make the resolution smaller.

Uploading to the forums:
Go to your profile. Click "This" icon. Make sure "Import from URL" is selected. Paste image URL into box. To upload an image from URL you will need to upload the image to a website that keeps URL permanently

why do you have -30 REP

'Ello lads, this is just a quick bit of information regarding the speed at which the magic sword recharges. I'm not sure if this had been done before, but I think it's interesting so here y'all go! 
Basically, the recharge rate of the magic sword differs depending on what you use the actual charge for, and depending on this, the game treats the charge differently.
If the charge is used to jump, the game treats the charge as a single block, like this:

If the charge is used to restore health, the game treats the charge as five individual blocks of 20, like this:

 
When the game treats the charge as one single block, when used to jump, it takes exactly 40 seconds to recharge it to 100 from 0. However, the charge is only restored on the 40 second mark, and at no time beforehand.
Conversely, when the game treats the charge as 5 blocks of 20, when used to heal, it oddly takes more time, taking 60 seconds to recharge each single block. In practice, this means that every charge is effectively the start of a new timer; if you heal and use 20 magic, that block will start its 60 second recharge. Then, if you heal 15 seconds later, another block starts a 60 second recharge, separate from the first block’s recharge. By the end of the process, it would appear that it took 75 seconds to “fully charge”, but in reality it took just took 2 blocks 60 second each. This rule also applies even if you use all of your magic in 5 consecutive heals, reducing your magic to 0.
I would have included records of this stuff all happening, or perhaps made some gifs, but my computer is too terrible to record at a consistent framerate, so yeah.
But anyways, I hope someone among you all finds this little tidbit useful and/or interesting!
EDIT: I also forgot to clarify that, once the charge reaches 100 again, the way in which the game treats the charge can switch depending on whatever ability is next used. Probably obvious to most of you but hey, no harm in being thorough!

Thought I'd give people the bind I use for my laws/show how to make a convenient law bind for them, just replace the text in the bind to easily change them as you wish.
Essentially it uses aliases to run a command, then rebind that key to a different command, which then repeats until it cycles through completely.
To use it, I would advise pasting it into your autoexec.cfg file, as it means it won't vanish randomly like some Gmod binds does, and also means you can paste the entire thing instead of doing it line by line.
The autexec.cfg file is found in your gmod folder - for me this is located here (D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\cfg)

It's fairly self explanatory, but I'll explain it briefly.
 
mayor 1 - resets the laws so you can start fresh
mayor 2 - adds the first law, outlawing all weapons, raiding tools, and mining tools - Nobody enforces the mining tools thing but it's funny
mayor 3 - fairly obvious, stops those pesky trespassers
mayor 4 - again, obvious, gets rid of hits and threats
mayor 5 - miscellaneous illegal behaviour, throwing things refers to bugbaits and snowballs
mayor 6 - stops people insulting you or not doing as you say
mayor 7 - outlaws gunshops, because... why not
mayor 8 - gets rid of the non default illegal entities (technically moonshine is always illegal, alcohol is a drug)
mayor 9 - stops those annoying situations where people say they have a licence to sell guns etc
mayor 10 - catchall thing that makes it look nicer than putting AOS -> KOS on every single line
mayor 11 - starts a lottery for 25000 (if you don't have the skill, change it to 5000 otherwise it won't work) - and then resets the loop back to mayor 1
 
to change the key to whatever you want, just replace KP_UPARROW with whatever key you want that is more convenient for you
 
To use:
if you haven't restarted your game since adding these to your autoexec.cfg file, go into console and type "exec autoexec" and then press enter.
Once you know these have been added, simply press numpad8 (or whatever key you change it to) 11 times, with at least 2 seconds between each press - less than this and you'll be rate limited and it won't apply the law, but will still move to the next alias, so you'll have to repeat the cycle.

Yesterday, after my usual stint of inactivity, I came back to Cloud Gaming DarkRP to check out any new things that may be floating about - I see the mining system has had a complete overhaul (which looks great may I add) but I also notice there are new craftable things, most notably, Mr Mining Pete. His absurd pricing compared to the others caught my eye and I knew at that moment I would return to CG to claim my beloved from those treacherous mines. I am making this guide as to inform any fellow miners who dare to embark on this quest with me, how much time it shall take to acquire this glorious beast of a man.
I have done some testing - I do have Level 10 mining and I mined as efficiently as I could (at this point there were only 3 miners including myself). I did 3 runs to time myself to get 100 bronze. I am calculating the time needed in terms of bronze due to it being the limiting factor of the ores, all the other ores have drop rates within proportion, as such once you reach 100,000 bronze as required you will have the required amount for the others aswell.
Each of the 3 runs took just under 10 minutes to mine the 100 bronze. To keep this as a conservative estimate I will call this 10 minutes to get 100 bronze. This will equate to 10,000 minutes of constantly efficient mining: This is just under a week (6.944 days).
Then, I acquired the mining skill to upgrade my rates of getting ores. As expected with the probability of double ores, this did cut my time by 1/3rd taking me 6.66mins to get the 100 bronze. Unfortunately, I did only test this one twice due to a pesky mutant but both times came out the same. This would then equate to 6666.66mins or 4.63 days of straight efficient mining.
I hope they inspire the strong to join me and discourage the weak from ever attempting this mammoth task.

I use windows button + G for recording   (without this software ? )
I don't know if it works on every PC, but it works fine for me, it's easy and fast!
This is one way that works fast and you can easily record your games (I am not sure if you can record record your screen, but only game that you are playing)

Or just use OBS or Geforce Shadowplay? 
 
Holy fuck, after looking at the actual software, it's literally OBS but with in app purchases.  

During many sits I've had alot of players do not have recording software so I have decided to make a small post with some easy recording software to help you ingame.
I personally use this for myself as you are able to record your past 30 seconds which is always handy when you dont want to record your entire gameplay.
This is downloadable through the microsoft store and is free to use.

Once downloaded it works by pressing "WindowsKey+ G" at the same time to open and at the top left you should have a Capture menu, here you are able to start recording
until you stop it, capture a screenshot or record your last 30 seconds.
Below that will be View in gallery where you can view all videos and screenshots you have taken. After you can upload this to https://streamable.com/
aftee you can send the link to anyone to view this recording.

I think its important to know too that when it comes to mental health its such a personal experience therefore one solution that works for someone does not work another person. Ive struggled with my mental health a lot over the years, and as a result have turned to drugs which made things ultimately worse. I tried therapy and medication but neither worked. I thought I was doomed. I thought about taking my own life, I even planned it.
Looking back now it seems quite crazy where I was to where I am now. Two years of absolute hell, now I am the best I have ever been. I started going to the gym which I enjoyed, it was a hobby to keep me busy and entertained. I also started setting myself small achievable goals, like cook dinner for my family, go to the shop, code X today, learn X today, learn how to do this exercise today, up the weights today. I also spoke to my family and friends, about my worries and how I felt. Then gradually it started getting better. It wasn't instant, but it wasn't slow either. That is my story, and how I got out of the pit I was in. Your story will be different, but I can promise you there is always a solution. Just don't give up, keep trying to find it, keep trying new things and stay strong.

My best attempt at recreating m9k_exile. If you decompile the addon it has a different killfeed than matador (honestly made this as a proof of concept to prove that was possible). Much of the code is from m9k_specialities and m9k_heavy_weapons, the inspiration is from Cloud Gaming.

If anyone has second thoughts of getting Soldier - I was in the same shoes, but I bought it and I have zero regrets. Go for it!

Why? Soldier is an amazing CJ to have, as it has big collection of weaponry and entities. Earning money has never been this easy.Also to mention, raiding is really smooth with the kit.
Speaking of the owner, @Sprickles will guide you through the whole transaction and will make everything easy and understandable for you, and on top of that, he's giving a gift upon you owning Soldier, what else you can wish for?
