Workshop items should download automatically when connecting to the server.
For this issue, I suspect it'll be due to you not having Counter Strike Source textures, as @Paul rightfully said.
Follow this guide and see if that fixes it.
If not, reply to this post with what sort of textures you cannot see, eg; Map, Weapons, Models etc.

It still has affected someone's roleplay which were not involved in that situation. Yes it's nothing serious however if the person has reported it then it has affected them.

It is a roleplay server. It's just not a heavily enforced role play server. It's semi-serious RP. Meaning that it's not always by the book. If you want a server where there's minimal administrative interaction go for it. But this isn't that server.

It may have an old command such as Gman being /arnold when I used to own it. It might also have a different name on here, if @Kyra knows if it was one of the old jobs on here then theres the commands.
